If you like pineapple upside down cake why not try it this way. It is delicious.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
1 Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake
Or
Your Favorite Butter Cake Recipe
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 - 1cup
brown sugar
1 stick Butter
Melt the butter in the
largest cast iron skillet you have. (If
you don’t have a really big one take and melt half of the butter, and brown
sugar in one skillet then melt the other half in another skillet. Add the pineapple to your pan or divide in
the 2 small skillets.
Mix the cake mix or your
favorite yellow butter cake recipe and pour over the brown sugar mix. Bake in a 350˚
F.
oven until cooked through. I use a stick
used for shish kabob.
Place a large plate over your pan and flip the cake onto
the pan.
Let cool for about 30 – 45 minutes before eating.
Delicious.
